As a founding team member and VP of Product, Data & AI at 8knots, a data infrastructure startup backed by DE Shaw, I play a pivotal role in taking the product from zero to one. I lead the product vision and strategy, define the product roadmap, develop AI-driven solutions and PRDs.
I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and UX/UI teams, manage stakeholder engagements, and conduct market research. I drive improvements in our SaaS platform’s capabilities through advanced analytics and machine learning models. I work closely with data engineers and data scientists, leveraging tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Looker, and Tableau. I am dedicated to continuously refining our product to achieve product-market fit.

As the Senior Head of Data Science at ZoomInfo, I led six teams in NLP, ASR, Diarization, GenAI entity resolution and forecasting. I streamlined processes and accelerated ML/DL model development, ensuring recognition of business value.
As Director of Product Management, Data Science, I led five teams, driving high-impact models aligned with business objectives. I defined roadmaps, prioritized features, and optimized SaaS offerings through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Gaia (Generative AI Adopters)

Gaia was a startup leveraging generative AI and advanced NLP techniques to accelerate and optimize AI development, focusing on fine-tuning, model reduction and deploying LLMs to solve complex multi-classification problems.
As the leader of Gaia's product initiatives, I spearheaded the development of a SaaS platform harnessing generative AI to accelerate AI development and solve for multi-classification problems. Collaborating with renowned vendors such as OpenAI, AI21, Anthropic, Cohere, and others. I led the product strategy, roadmap, and MVP delivery, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs. Additionally, I defined platform features, managed project execution, optimized AI algorithms, conducted market research, and engaged stakeholders to refine Gaia's offering.
Aterian (NASDAQ: ATER)

As a founding team member at Aterian, backed by Google Ventures during its startup phase,I pioneered the development of an advanced e-commerce solution from scratch. This included groundbreaking features such as an ML-based PPC algorithm, high-accuracy sales forecasting, ML Repricer and inventory distribution optimization. Leveraging real-time data analysis and AI, our goal was to maximize sales growth and efficiency across major online platforms.
Despite exploring collaboration with Amazon through an ICO, regulatory considerations prevented its realization.
OnPlan

As a founding team member of OnPlan, I led product management and provided ML development consultancy.
The company was a leading provider of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting platforms for businesses across industries and sizes globally. The platform enhanced visibility, transparency, and benchmarking effectiveness within teams. Leveraging AI and ML technologies, our goal was to optimize financial planning processes for small to medium-sized companies worldwide.
